Are you meaning to ask, "Why do some people know the right thing and NOT do it -- while others do act on their beliefs?"
Thank you, Socrates . . . what inspires people to act honorably, morally, justly, etc.? What causes people to care more about RIGHT than they care about themselves? Hmm.
I was discussing with a friend the other day how tragic it is that the word "sacrifice" has become so devalued and foreign to our society. I wonder if there is any connection.
What I mean is, why do some people know what to do and do not act, while another person might know what to do so he acts upon the situation? Sorry for the bad wording of my last question.
